Each week of our summer season, we feature a different renowned speaker and mission organization. Adult guests receive inspiration from our gifted speakers and engage with mission organizations that make a lasting impact around the world. 

We cater to our younger guests through the provision of innovative, Christ-centered programming that strategically blends high-octane fun with intentional Bible study, worship, and relational interaction within age- and gender-specific counselor groups.

DR. PHILIP MILLER – Philip is the Senior Pastor of The Moody Church. He and his wife Krista are graduates of Cedarville University (’04) and both hold Th.M. degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary (’10). Pastor Philip is passionate about proclaiming God’s Word, cultivating healthy ministry, and investing in future leaders. He can be heard on the weekly Moody Church Hour radio broadcast on over 700 stations nationwide. Philip and Krista live in Chicago with their four children.

DR. ROB RIENOW – Rob’s most important ministry is loving his wife Amy and partnering with her to help their seven children follow Jesus. He and Amy are co-founders of Visionary Family Ministries. Through their conferences, books, and online ministry, VFM brings hope and help from God’s Word to families around the world. When Rob is not fishing for fishermen, he enjoys fishing for fish. JIM SAMRA – Jim serves as the senior pastor of Calvary Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. leading others in the worship of God. He also casts vision for a ministry of Calvary Church called the Jerusalem Project, which advances Christ’s church through planting new churches, strengthening established churches and training church leaders. Jim is the author of several books including The Gift of Church, God Told Me, and Passage to the House of Power. Other than serving God in ministry, his greatest joy and privilege is loving his wife and four kids.

DR. DHATI LEWIS – Dhati serves as the Vision and Multiplication Pastor of Blueprint Church as well as the Founder and President of MyBLVD, a family of urban missionaries making an impact where we live, work and worship. Dhati is passionate about bringing contextualized resources to disciple makers through coaching, consulting, cohort training, and church planting. He is married to his best friend, Angie, and they live in Atlanta, Georgia with their children. He is the author of Among Wolves: Disciple Making in the City and Advocates: The Narrow Path to Racial Reconciliation.

Week 5: July 10–16

DEAN FULKS – Dean is a graduate of Ohio State University and Mid-American seminary. He is the planter of and lead pastor at Lifepoint Church in central Ohio for over 20 years. He is the author of three books: Your Next Thirty Days, Your Next Thirty Days of Relationships, and Just Thinking (a 365-day devotional). Dean also works with SEND Network to facilitate church planting throughout North America. He is married to his wonderful wife Angie with whom they share three children.

DR. JAY STROTHER – Jay serves as the Senior Pastor of Brentwood (TN) Baptist Church. He holds a D.Ed. Min. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and serves on faculty as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Discipleship. He’s authored and contributed to several books, Bible studies, video series, and periodicals. Jay and his wife have fifive children and are passionate about foster and adoption ministry. Jay enjoys good books, long hikes, strong coffee, and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.

KEN WINTER – Ken is the lead pastor of Heritage Fellowship Church in Springfield, Ohio. He is passionate about sharing the liberating power of the gospel to all generations. fiBefore serving in Springfield, Ken served in youth ministry for over 15 years. Ken is a graduate of Cedarville University and Southern Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife Tara for 29 years, has two married daughters and a college-aged son who serves in the United States Army and has one granddaughter.

DR. KEN GILMORE – Ken and his wife Diane live in Marion, Indiana, where he serves as a Professor of Practical Theology at Indiana Wesleyan University. He also serves as co-president of Word-n-Will.org, an e-learning Bible study curriculum publisher. In the Spring of 2026, he obtained a Ph.D. in Biblical Exposition from Liberty University. He has been a pastor for 30 years and still regularly preaches at different churches, teaching the Word of God, which is his calling in life and his greatest passion… along with hockey.

MISSIONS: Teach Every Nation (TEN)

Week of August 7–13

RYAN KIMMEL – Ryan serves as the lead pastor of Peace Church, a multi-site church south of Grand Rapids, Michigan, that has been named one of America’s top 100 fastest-growing churches for three consecutive years. A graduate of Calvin Theological Seminary, he is an author with Moody Publishers. Ryan loves teaching the Bible and writing and podcasting for RoundTheTable.co. Ryan is married to Tiffany, and together they have four children, a dog named Bear, and a bunch of chickens.

2023 WK 10_DANIEL WALLACE

DANIEL WALLACE – Daniel Wallace is the Executive Director of Gull Lake Ministries, a Christian family ministry and retreat center in Hickory Corners, Michigan. Prior to serving over 20 years at GLM, he was the Senior Director of Camps at a camp and conference center in Texas, overseeing six separate facilities which ministered to families, senior high, junior high and grade school students. Daniel, better known as Ambush, has 40 summers of Christian camping experience in Michigan, Texas, Missouri, and Kansas.
