Your next retreat starts at one of the best Christian retreat centers in Michigan!
We have a host of meeting spaces for small groups all the way up to large conferences of 700. Groups with a minimum of 20 overnight guests will receive their meeting space at no charge. Additional spaces beyond the complimentary room are available. Meeting spaces are assigned to retreat groups based upon availability and need.
All of our meeting environments possess a variety of audio/visual capabilities, from a single-wired microphone to full sound systems with microphones, laptop compatible projectors or TVs, and Mp3 hookups. The meeting room includes an HD projector and screen, Bose speakers, 8 channel analog soundboard, HDMI, VGA, and Bluetooth plugin, a microphone with a stand, and a podium or tall table for presenting. Additional add ons can be seen on the AV Services Sheet. Outside the room has a shared lobby space with coffee and tea available as well as being in close proximity to restrooms. Chairs and table setup will be coordinated prior to arrival with our guest services team.

The meeting room is in a separate building and includes an HD projector and screen, HD confidence monitor, JBL sound system, Allen & Heath 24 channel digital soundboard with a digital snake, HDMI and Bluetooth plugin, a microphone, and a stand. Additional add ons can be seen on the AV Services Sheet. Includes counter space and a refrigerator as well as restrooms in the back. Chairs and table setup will be coordinated prior to arrival with our guest services team.

The meeting room is our largest and includes a 40’x10′ curved LED video wall, 65″ HD confidence monitor, QSC professional sound system, 36 channel Allen & Heath digital soundboard with digital snake and stage boxes, HDMI and Bluetooth plugin, a microphone and a stand. An airwall can split the room for a separate gathering space. Additional add ons can be seen on the AV Services Sheet. Outside the room there is coffee and tea available as well as restrooms in the back.

Handicap accessible
The meeting room is newly renovated and has great privacy from the rest of campus. Located in the back of the TAB, This room can work perfectly as a breakout space or if you need a more intimate meeting area than the TAB sanctuary. A portable 50″ TV can be provided and any additional add ons can be seen on the AV Services Sheet. Outside the room there is coffee and tea available as well as restrooms in the back.
